Three people who were injured in the recent Canton commuter train crash have filed suit against the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Vicki Beaulieu, Mary Ellen Gleason, and Jennifer Kimbrel are suing the MBTA, Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Co., Cohenno Inc., and CSX Transportation.
The March 25th crash occurred when a loose freight car slammed into the side of a commuter train in Canton, injuring an estimated 150 passengers.
